Jessica Ramirez, Esq. is an associate with the Firm, who focuses on international and domestic tax planning, pre-immigration planning, corporate law, and tax compliance matters.
In her practice, Ms. Ramirez helps high net-worth individuals living in the U.S. and abroad navigate the complexities of the U.S. tax code in creating tax-efficient structures for the preservation of wealth. Ms. Ramirez also handles tax compliance matters related to the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act (FIRPTA).
Ms. Ramirez studied Sociology at the University of Delaware (’07), received her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law (’14) where she was a member of the Ave Maria Law Review, and earned her Master of Laws in Taxation with a concentration in International Tax from the University of Miami School of Law (’15).
