Ricardo Ganitsky, Esq. is a Partner at the Firm, who focuses on tax, corporate, real estate, and probate law. He has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2009. Mr. Ganitsky represents a variety of domestic and international clients in the areas of domestic and international taxation, trust and estate planning, probate matters, and real estate closings.
Mr. Ganitsky has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service in matters involving trust fund recovery penalties, the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act, Offshore Voluntary Disclosure, Foreign Bank Account Reports, and 501(c)3 tax exemptions. During the years 2016 and 2017 Mr. Ganitsky handled real estate transactions with a total aggregate value of over fifty million dollars. Throughout the same period, Mr. Ganitsky has secured settlements with the Internal Revenue Service in cases involving over two million dollars of IRS debt, has represented trademark applicants before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, clients before the Miami-Dade, Broward, and Orlando Probate Courts; issued title policies as an agent for the Old Republic; and recovered substantial funds from several states’ unclaimed property treasuries.
Mr. Ganitsky studied Economics and Political Science at Stanford University (’98), and received his Juris Doctor, with a concentration in Business Organizations and Finance Law, from Boston University School of Law (’08).
