Ricardo Ganitsky

Ricardo Ganitsky, Esq. is a Partner at the Firm, who focuses on tax, corporate, real estate, and probate law. Mr. Ganitsky represents a variety of domestic and international clients in the areas of domestic and international taxation, trust and estate planning, probate matters, and real estate closings.

Mr. Ganitsky has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service in matters involving trust fund recovery penalties, the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act, Offshore Voluntary Disclosure, Streamline Offshore Procedures, Foreign Bank Account Reports, Estate tax returns, and 501(c)3 tax exemptions. During 2021 Mr. Ganitsky handled real estate transactions with a total aggregate value of over fifty million dollars. Mr. Ganitsky’s practice includes securing settlements with the Internal Revenue Service, representing clients before the Miami-Dade and Orlando Probate Courts; issuing title policies as an agent for the Old Republic; filing trademark applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; and volunteering on a pro-bono basis for Dade Legal Aid. During his spare time, Mr. Ganitsky is co-chair of Stanford University’s Southeast Florida’s undergraduate admissions volunteer chapter, runs marathons, and occasionally completes triathlons.

Mr. Ganitsky studied Economics and Political Science at Stanford University (’98), and received his Juris Doctor, with a concentration in Business Organizations and Finance Law, from Boston University School of Law (’08).
