Gerald Duty

Gerald Duty, Esq. is an attorney at the firm, where his practice focuses on the intersection of business and government, with particular emphasis on U.S./Latin American matters. Since 1998, he has represented entrepreneurs, investors, and institutions in a wide range of commercial and corporate transactions and regulatory matters, including start-up structuring, corporate governance, financial arrangements, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Duty began his legal career at the Miami office of a large international law firm.
