Valentina Arbelaez is an attorney licensed in Florida and Colombia whose practice focuses on international tax and estate planning. Her experience includes complex trust and estate matters involving foreign grantor and non-grantor trusts, including trusts with U.S. and nonresident alien (NRA) beneficiaries, pre-immigration tax planning, estate and ownership structure simplification, and cross-border succession planning.
